あと1か月で、大型連休（GW）ですね。
「GWは新緑がきれいでしょうね」と時々言われるのですが、GWはまだ新緑ではなく、やっと雪がなくなり、庭のこぶしの花が咲く頃です。（写真は昨年のこぶしの花）
あくまでも個人的な意見ですが、花音周辺のお勧めシーズンは、
・1月～2月：氷点下20℃前後で、寒さは厳しいですが、霧氷やダイヤモンドダストなど他では見られない美しさがあります。屈斜路湖の氷が膨張・収縮する音は、神秘的です。車の運転にはご注意ください。
・6月～7月:爽やかな新緑の季節です
・10月：森全体が赤や黄色に染まり、明るくなります。
ついでに、私個人があまり好きでない季節は、
・4月～5月中旬：雪解けで、景色は美しくはありません。雪が解けて大地が太陽に照らされると、場所によっては砂嵐になります。木々の花粉もかなり飛びます。
・8月：日中は30℃を超え、湿度も高いですが、当店には冷房がありませんのでご了承ください。庭には、スズメバチやアブが飛んでいますのでご注意ください。
季節ごとに、まったく違う顔を見せるのが、大自然の魅力ですね。
Today’s topic is our recommended season around Kanon.
My recommended season is following.
From January to February: Though it’s very cold (it’s around minus 20 ℃), you can see a beautiful piece of scenery like “tree covered with hoarfrost” or “diamond dust”. The expanded or constricted ice sound is mysterious. Be careful of driving on a frozen road.
From June to July: It’s the season of fresh green.
October: The forest turns red and yellow. It’s beautiful.
The following is NOT my favorite season.
From April to the middle of May: It’s the time of the melting snow, so the scenery is not beautiful. A sandstorm sometimes happens.
August: It’s hot and humid in the daytime. We are sorry we don’t have an air conditioning in our café. In the garden, dangerous hornets and horseflies are flying.
